Dinner
A typical evening at Drift House begins in the lounge. The Drift House team is on duty from 6pm serving a carefully curated range of interesting aperitifs, cocktails and local wines, plus delicious pre-dinner snacks.
Our beautiful al la carte dinner menu is inspired by the rustic dishes of Spain and features a selection of tried and tested favourites discovered on our travels.

The food is backed up by our exceptional wine list – a virtual cellar door tour across western Victoria – with many drops available by the glass.
Please note; dinner is usually offered on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights, but this may change subject to demand. Please email or call to reserve your table.
Breakfast
Breakfast is a real highlight for our guests and is always included in the room rate.
The a-la-carte menu heroes ultra-local produce and goes way beyond the typical hotel offering of stale croissants and bad coffee. We source ingredients from small, artisan producers with a focus on organic and sustainable farming. All backed up with great coffee from Market Lane and a range of beautiful teas from Love Tea.
The Salon
The Salon is our purpose-built garden pavilion that provides beautifully designed dining and lounge spaces. The Salon is best described as the Drift House Clubroom and is open all day for the use of house guests only. We like to think that if Frank Lloyd-Wright, Issey Miyake and the Dalai Lama got together to design a communal dining/lounging space you might end up with something a bit like the Salon.
Honesty Bar
The lesser known wine regions of Western Victoria produce some of Australia’s finest varietal wines. We have carefully curated the best of the best from the Henty, Grampians and Geelong regions and brought them together in our virtual cellar door; and all without the typical hotel mark-up! available to house guests only 24/7.
