Food is a big part of life at Drift House and at the centre of everything is ‘The Salon’ our purpose-built garden pavilion that provides beautifully designed dining and lounge spaces. The Salon is best described as the Drift House Clubroom and is open all day for the use of house guests only. We like to think that if Frank Lloyd-Wright, Issey Miyake and the Dalai Lama got together to design a communal dining/lounging space you might end up with something a bit like the Salon!
