A day at Drift House begins with breakfast served in The Salon. We call it a ‘Super-Continental’ breakfast as it goes way beyond the typical hotel offering of stale croissants and bad coffee. We source all ingredients locally from small, artisan producers with a focus on organic and sustainably farmed ingredients. There are delicious sourdough breads and decadent granola from Irrewarra Estate; cured and smoked meats from Salt Kitchen that can be traced back to an individual rare-breed beast; amazing Du Fermier cheese from L’Artisan. House made pickles; Poached and fresh fruit; yoghurt; and daily house made specials! All of this is backed up with great coffee from Cartel Coffee Roasters and a range of beautiful teas from Love Tea
